Unabated Reviews on Water Purifiers

In the past an entire generation’s fate was decided by availability and quantity of clean supply of water. Today clean water is available in just about every home, office and shop. Water has significantly affected humanity and civilization for decades because of its importance to our systems, early civilizations usually settled around water sources. It was water that helped people in agriculture leading to less dependence on hunting and collecting, leading to more complex civilizations.
Water holds the same significance today as it did in ancient civilization. We drink it, bathe with it, wash our clothes, water gardens and we do all these things with water all the time. With time, our civilization has progressed tremendously, resulting to population explosion. The rise of population has led to rise in pollution which is contaminating our clean water bodies. Is there really enough clean water to sustain us all?
The history of purification of water is as old as the history of water, itself. As water has become more contaminated due to industrialization and various reasons, water purifiers have emerged over the period of time to counter this issue. Water purifier review helps you understand these lifesavers from close quarters before purchasing one. One of the earliest methods of water purification was to add chlorine in water. Chlorine releases hydrochloric acid, which reacts with the microorganisms and eliminates them. However due to its negative effect on health as well as its ineffectiveness to remove certain types of protozoa, this technique lost popularity. This led to invention of advanced water purifiers.
These advanced purifiers use methods such as Reverse Osmosis, UV and gravity based UF. These systems not only cleanse the water of sediments but also of other harmful germs. For better purification of water, these systems are often combined to work together and deliver the cleanest drinking water possible. Other aspects such as filtration capacity, installation type (wall mount, counter top) and membrane type should be put in consideration before purchasing one.

Carrying the water purifier review forward, Kent, with its technical superiority has become a leader in this field. Certification by International Quality Organizations such as WQA and NSF of USA certainly strengthen their case. Unlike conventional RO water purifiers based on single stage purification technologies, KENT cleans water through a double purification process of RO and UF/UV. After purification from RO system, back-up purification by UF and UV processes ensures that 100% pure water is available all the time. Water purifier prices in India are at its reasonable best.

Water Purifiers for Healthy and Clean India

-->
“Cleanliness is next to Godliness”, certainly the proverb which has been in the spotlight recently. With the clean India initiative launched, efforts to clean homes and observe sanitization has increased tremendously. Such an initiative was certainly the need of the hour in a country like India where waste management is minimal. With the Prime Minister himself taking up the broom along with his cabinet colleagues and lakhs of government employees, the campaign certainly got off to a notable start. Urban India generates about 68 million tons of solid waste (garbage) every. Nearly one third of the garbage is not collected at all, it is just left to rot away in the streets. This not only contaminates the air, but also water bodies around and underground.

Collecting the waste, their treatment and discharge should be well planned. One must ensure that not only the house, but the surroundings too must be kept clean at all times. Open defecation is one of the biggest problems of rural India. Use of toilets is a must, and for that we must make sure that each house has a toilet. Emphasis should also be given on consuming clean water, as waterborne diseases are on the rise. Water purifier for home can be a great asset in this cause. The best water purifier for home will not only cleanse the water of any impurities, but will also eliminate any foul odour if present. Sale of water purifier for home has shown a steady rise in the last decade. This shows that people are taking matter in their own hands as far as providing safe water for their loved ones is concerned. The best water purifier for home can use any of the following methods to purifier water.
1)    Reverse osmosis (RO)
2)    Activated carbon filters
3)    UV technology

It is truly a daunting task to make this initiative a grand success. But is it also too much to ask for?  Conceding the fact that such scenarios are the main cause of many diseases, it’s the least we can do for our loved ones. Such initiatives can only be successful with the mass support of the people.
Kent water purifier’s goal, to provide clean drinking water for each household in India certainly goes a long way in helping the cause.

The Essence of Water Purification in India

Water is essential for life. A water purifier is a device which removes impurities from raw water making it fit for human consumption or for commercial use. Parasites, bacteria, algae, fungi, toxic materials such as lead and copper can be removed during the process of water purification.

Simple procedures such as using chlorine and boiling water may kill the germs, but hazardous metal such as lead are copper remain unaffected. It’s not possible to tell whether water is safe to drink just by the look at it.
With increase in pollution and water contamination it has become a much sought after device. Some of the customised water purifiers are also designed to improve the look, smell and taste of water. UNICEF (India) states that water borne diseases like diarrhoea affects the learning abilities of Indian school children.

Below are the techniques commonly used to purify water in water purifiers.

1)
Reverse osmosis (RO)
2)    Activated carbon filters
3)    UV technology
4)    Candle filters
5)    Purifications based on chemicals
Considering the fact that sales of water purifiers in India have skyrocketed in the past decade, companies have started selling water purifier online. This service is aimed to target the audience who prefer shopping online. For consumer’s today online and mobile channels have become an integral part of shopping. This includes researching and purchasing as well as servicing. The numbers of Indians shopping online have increased tremendously. Today we are spoilt for choices in the number of sites selling water purifiers online.

Water purifiers in India have evolved a lot, not only in terms of technology but also in pricing and looks. It is no longer a consumer electronic good restricted to affluent households. It is available at low prices and lower income and rural households has started to use it. States like Bihar, Rajasthan, Tamil nadu and Andhra Pradesh have high metal content in their water sources. This has led to high demand of these devices even in smaller cities, hence expanding its reach. Companies are now targeting this segment of customers which reside in smaller cities and rural areas.

During the last decade, India has witnessed considerable improvement in obtaining clean drinking water. However, quality of water distributed by civic bodies and other concerned bodies still remains of poor quality. Due to this 75 present of India’s rural population does not have access to safe drinking water. Water purifiers in India could certainly help the cause.
