ripe avocado, skin and stone removed

boiled chickpeas,
drained and rinsed

garlic
clove, finely chopped

tsp lemon juice only

tsp ground cumin

salt, to
taste

oil

Instructions
1.Blend
the boiled chickpeas in a
grinder with finely chopped garlic. Keep it aside.
2.Blend
avocado separately. Mix finely churned chickpeas mixture into the avocado
blend.
3.Add
lemon juice, ground cumin and salt. Blend again till the mixture forms a smooth
paste.
4.Garnish
with olive oil and red chili powder.
