Vegetable Shots

INGREDIENTS
1.1 1/2 Cups Hung Curd
2.1 Garlic Clove, Minced
3.2 tbsp. Parsley, Finely Chopped
4.1 - 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
5.Salt To Taste
6.½ Tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper,
7.Veggie sticks, cucumber, carrots, celery, bell peppers, and Cherry Tomatoes

 
PREPARATION
1.Add yogurt, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a bowl.
2.Whisk to combine.
3.Taste and adjust seasoning.
4.Divide dip into 8 mini cups.
5.Add veggie sticks to each cup and serve.
