Breakfast Eggs


Ingredients

  1. 3 Eggs
  2. 3 Capsicum Rings
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Rosemary
  6. Oil to cook





Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan and place the capsicum rings strategically so that they don’t touch each other.
2.Crack the egg in the middle of the capsicum ring.
3.Season it with salt, pepper and rosemary.
4.Cover the pan with a lid till it cooks.
5.Serve hot with buttered toasts.
